For Saranne Ostler, cleaning isn't just a businessโit's a lifelong passion rooted in family, service, and hard work.
As a second-generation cleaning professional, Saranne's journey began at just four years old alongside her family in the cleaning industry. What started on post-construction job sites cleaning newly built homes quickly became a foundation for a career spanning more than two decades. Through the years, she learned every aspect of the business firsthand, from detailed construction cleanups and residential services to maintaining large commercial facilities and prestigious properties.
Today, Saranne proudly carries on the legacy established through her family's company, Rainbow Janitorial, bringing over 20 years of experience and industry knowledge to High Maintenance Cleaning. While the company name has evolved, the commitment to excellence, integrity, and exceptional customer service remains unchanged.
Throughout her career, Saranne has had the privilege of helping maintain a variety of respected properties, including country clubs, corporate offices, banks, churches, medical facilities, and residential homes. Her extensive background has given her a deep understanding of what clients expect and how to consistently exceed those expectations.
Beyond the cleaning industry, Saranne dedicated many years to working in the medical field, supporting individuals with behavioral health challenges and special needs. She is ACA-certified and continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing education as she pursues further advancement in her healthcare career. Her experience in both healthcare and cleaning has shaped her attention to detail, compassion for others, and commitment to creating safe, healthy environments.
When she isn't managing High Maintenance Cleaning, Saranne is a proud mother of five and grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, including her beloved Basset Hound, Seven. She is also passionate about giving back to her community through her involvement with the Women's Club of Deltona and volunteer cleaning services for cancer patients and families facing difficult circumstances.
