📢 PSA. On September 18th, 2025 the state of Florida (D.E.P) made some very big changes involving everyone located within the blue springs watershed area. This are is now known as a Priority Focus Area (PFA) within the bmap. This means that if you are within this area you now will need a nitrogen reduction system. These systems are significantly more expensive than traditional systems everyone is used to having. At this point there is supposed to be a Grant program available by mid next year to help people pay for these. We are here to help in anyway we can. If you have questions regarding or wondering if you are in these areas please give us a call and we can check. 386-878-6201
