Small roof wash completed today in Allegan, MI. The homeowner’s insurance company had notified them that they risked losing coverage if the roof wasn’t cleaned.
Our process included carefully removing heavy moss by hand, blowing away all loose debris with a backpack blower, and then applying our professional soft wash solution of sodium hypochlorite and surfactant. This treatment kills the algae, moss, and lichen at the root without the need for high pressure, helping restore the roof while extending its lifespan.
