Janitorial Company seeking two outstanding individuals to join our team, with the following characteristics:

Looking for long-term situations (ONLY)
Must be able to follow instructions and work independently

REQUIREMENTS:
Attention to detail
Reliable transportation
Must have a valid drivers' license
Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals
Be able to use a portable vacuum cleaner – backpack style.
Preferable but not require experience in Floorcare (Strip and wax, scrubbing, grout cleaning…)
Ability to understand and carry out verbal & written instructions independently in English or Spanish
Ability to perform light physical tasks, exerting up to 60 lbs. of force on an occasional basis.
Ability to perform such activities as grasping, lifting, reaching, crouching, walking, sitting, and carry repetitively and for long periods of time.
Pass background check
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF COMMERCIAL CLEANING EXPERIENCE.

JOB INFORMATION
Dates: Monday through Friday starting at 6 pm
Hours: 4 hours a day with exceptions on Mondays and Tuesdays (You will be helping cleaning a 7Eleven on Mondays and Tuesdays)
Duties: Provide regular cleaning service at a school - vacuuming, mopping, dusting, empty trash from all trash receptacles and take the garbage out to the dumpster, cleaning high-touch areas, etc. in classrooms, offices, bathrooms, and common areas.
Paid Period: Bi-weekly
Amount: Stars at $12 per hour
Location: Boynton Beach, FL
Start Date: Immediately

NOTE: M&T Cleaning Solution has room for growth (more places to clean, raise, supervisor promotion, etc.)
