Sitting at a light on Curry Road and Guilderland Avenue today guy pulls me over wants to talk. I pull into Stewarts and Guilderland Ave. He tells me he wants to go into business with me and be a partner. He said he already has a truck. I said yeah no I'm good and then he goes well if you're not my partner then your competition. OK nutcase go away. Have a great day. He said he works for the federal government and he's looking to get out of it. This is why I don't like leaving the house on Sunday morning. This is what you run into.🤦‍♂️.

Some realtors are allowing a certain septic company to perform flow test like this during a septic inspection, but they are actually causing damage to the leachfield.

I'm gonna be down for a little bit. I had the tank implode on the truck today so looking for a new tank or a new pump truck so just give me a little bit. I'm not going anywhere just gotta give me a little bit. I was gonna get a new one this year anyway not right now, but I think it's time. Fingers crossed I found replacement. I find out Monday thanks to Matthew Ross for finding it.
