Received a call from a homeowner asking if I could help find a water leak. They were seeing a “little water” coming up from the laminate flooring seams. Upon arrival and inspection, I determined it had to be coming from the refrigerator water supply line. The homeowner was surprised to see how much water was coming out of the line. We immediately went outside to turn the water off to the home. The refrigerator was holding the force of the water down, going under the flooring and wicking into surrounding area walls.

Water & Mold damage from the kitchen sink base plumbing. Homeowner didn’t know there was an issue until water starting coming out from under the cabinets. At this point all the building materials behind and beside had become 100% saturated, along with microbial growth.

We were dealing with various materials, drywall with plaster skim coat, plaster and severely water damaged wood framing. We removed and cleaned the remaining affected materials. A licensed contractor will be handling the build back and replacing or addressing the wood framing.

Water heater burst after the homeowners left for the day. They received the call water was pouring out of their unit around 6:00pm. Four total units affected, beside & below. Upon arrival the homeowners were attempting to remove the 2 inches of water in their unit. We handled all four units removing flooring, other materials and placing drying equipment.

Recently remodeled bathroom HVAC vents, can lights, and exhaust fan leaking attic air & humidity into the bathroom, causing microbial growth. These areas weren’t sealed correctly. The homeowner didn’t know why the bathroom & adjacent bedroom was so hot and humid, until I performed an inspection and determined the sources.

Since 1991 I have expertise from on the job experiences, licenses & training, certifications, and learning from colleagues in the industry. We treat each customer as if it was our own property.

Downstairs bathroom sink was accidentally left on all night. Sink stopper got pushed down from the water. The entire downstairs was affected. The granite company was scheduled to remove all the counter tops, so we could remove the flooring & underlayment beneath. We are prompt & efficient to remove the affected materials, to begin the drying process. We also monitor & document using FLIR Infrared technology and hand held moisture meters. This ensures the building materials are brought back to industry standard. We keep the homeowner updated and explain the processes to them. In the event a claim is made we also communicate with the insurance company, to verify coverages and inform them of what needs to be done.

Water damage from a hallway bathroom faucet. Home was vacant for approx 5 days before water was found. Due to the length of time, degree of saturation, and multiple layers of eggshell paint, we removed the affected area walls at 2ft. This allowed us to focus the drying of the exposed wood structural framing.

We make sure the work areas are clean and dust free after demo. We take pictures, videos, and update our clients - so they understand & know exactly what we are doing and when they can expect us to be completed with the job.

Washing machine supply line leak caused Water & Mold damage to this manufactured home. After a Mold Assessment & testing from a third party Mold Assessor, we scheduled the Mold Remediation.

Once the affected building materials & insulation was removed and remaining materials Micro Cleaned, we tented the floor to dry the floor joists.

Toilet supply line fitting broke in a 5th floor unit. Affecting 10 units to varying degrees beside and below. Once onsite we inspected & documented the water damage in each unit. Then proceeded to mitigate the units we had authorization from the unit owners, including the main lobby and social room.

It’s been a little while since we last posted. Over the decades we have been blessed with amazing clients & customers to stay constant. Some jobs are larger like condo buildings with multiple units affected, from weather related events or plumbing leaks. Some jobs are unique based on the circumstances surrounding the damages; mold related damage or bio-hazardous.

What separates us from the competition is our attention-to-detail; the customer sees the same people on their jobsite daily to answer their questions or keep them updated. State of the art equipment that is maintained & cleaned after every job; we have intergrated new equipment to keep up to date. Also being a licensed insurance adjuster to answer questions regarding policy & coverages and to assist with dealing with their insurance adjusters.
