KNOW YOUR CARE LABELS. You should find a label like this one in your clothing. It provides valuable washing/cleaning instructions including water and drying temperatures or what type of solvent is best used or should be avoided when dry cleaning. We read all labels before we process the garments and follow these recommendations. Help us to help you by leaving them in your garments. Help yourself by reading these labels before you buy the item. Don't be surprised to find clothing labelled "Do Not Wash" and 'Do Not Dry Clean." We often run across this with formal dresses and holiday sweaters that have embellishments such as rhinestone sets or buttons, sequins, glitter, or beads. We will return these garments and any item bearing such embellishments and no care label.
