This is a part time job; maybe a full time job in near future. My prices are not firm. They are more or less ideal, however, helping is something interests me more than taking away. With that being said, I am flexible with price and hours and looking to help you out.

I ask to meet house and owner(s) first just to have an idea and so that the owner(s) can meet me personally without fear of putting their homes into the wrong hands.

I do ask for owner(s) to provide their own supplies because each house I have been to has a different preference depending in what chemicals are being used in their homes. I can bring my own, will just need to know ahead of time.

I am okay if the owners are present when cleaning and also okay doing it alone. I work alone, however, if I am ever sick or out with my daughter, I do have a helper who I will have with me on the first cleaning so she can be introduced and be known as well.

I am always open to any questions, recommendations, or special requests.

I also do speak English and Spanish.

I do have references as well if needed!
