TEARS #1: there are times in my recovery, all this big guy could do was cry, the pain i felt, was not some throbbing pain, at times my whole body would be like a mist covers it and to be honest i still can't describe it, my wife would get up and say Daryl what's wrong, all i could say one time was Annette nobody loves me like you do, but right now i want my momma, i just want my momma,,,,,this morning i was thinking about Mrs. Perkins and thank God the police chief did the right thing, but i cried this morning because Steve is gone and i bet in those last seconds he said i want my momma, God be merciful to Mrs. Perkins and hold her and Steve's precious wife in your hands,,,,,,life want really be fair on earth till he Jesus Christ returns for us all,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Pastor Daryl's recovery day #50: today is a joyful day, for in about an hour Myron Hughes "The Barkley Killer!" he was my center in 1981 recruited by over 200 colleges, will come over to the house for a visit, he's the Director over the alumni department at the University of Cincinnati Bearcats, he's the fellow that had our reel to reels of the quarterfinal and championship game remastered and put on dvd in their media department, too special, well against Barkley he had 28 points and 16 rebounds barkley fouled out in the last of 3rd quarter or early beginning of 4th, so what happens in bball if you know the sport, if he fouls out with that much time in the game, it means one thing, BRO YOU GETTING DOMINATED, plus 3 years ago, i'm watching the game with ole pete key and tony t. and pete brought out who is this 6"8" guy bringing the ball up the court like a point guard, hey you're welcome to come by house at 12pm and meet two state champions, you know they hard to come by,,,2422 Halifax Pl SW, Leighton "the city of great athletes!"

$150 VACATION #1: one summer none of my customers paid me on time, i wanted to drive from Decatur to Miami, but i only had $150? $180? The Lord said you want to go on vacation don't you, i said yes, he said go on I'll show you some things on the way, I told my wife we're going to Miami, she got in, looked at me and said how you gonna pay for this, i said all the Lord got us! I'm going to offer this message soon for purchase, it's called "MY HILARIOUS FAITH VACATION!" my best vacation ever

SPORT TALKS #2: when alabama would play auburn, my youngest son Brandon as a little boy would start off with Auburn but if they losing at the end of game, he switches, like father like son, roll tide, i got to finish with a championship, bama is close

DANCE WITH THE ONE WHO BROUGHT YOU #1: now since i was a boy i was always infatuated with love, goodness and mercy. i think we should obey God and with great fervor and tenacity endeavor to love one another,,,,,God's measurement for doing mighty things for people is IF HE CAN FIND JUST ONE HE WILL SPARE A CITY A WORLD A LIFE,,,,so IF YOU, I SAID YOU, CAN FIND ONE PERSON IN ANOTHER RACE THAT IS GOOD, that gives you credence to LOVE the whole race regardless of what anybody else thinks,,,,,you just went inside the way i think, u feel me
