A2 Lawn and Gutter Solutions LLC was born out of a dream and a desire. The dream was to be able to provide a better life for my two young daughters through hard work and perseverance. The desire was to find a way to accomplish that goal while providing a service to others. My focus is on providing an exceptional customer experience. Everywhere you go in modern life, there is little to no customer

service in every industry. When you go to the grocery store, you can walk right past 10 employees while shopping and not one will even greet you. That is so wrong and unacceptable. I intend to run this business in a "back to basics" fashion. Meaning I will show up when I say I will, return phone calls/texts, keep my word and provide excellent results. I want to start and end every job with a handshake and a thank you.

Boy did it feel good to get back to work today on that ladder! I found more useless screens which were removed for the customer. I had to get a little creative and climb up into the tree to place the ladder ha.

I'd say this customer is in much better shape after my visit. It was quite the garden he had growing in his garage gutters. On to the next one!

Just because you have screens, guards, or covers on your gutters, you need to have them occasionally inspected and cleaned as needed. There is not one type on the market which completely eliminates the need for cleanings.

This home was neglected for many years and had multiple clogged downspouts and birds nests. When it takes me over 4 hours to remove, clean and reinstall the covers it adds up to big time $$$$.

A customer in Novi had some excellent work done today on their gutters between the rain storms. I had to relocate some baby Robin's as their Mother built her nest on top of a downspout. The Mom was NOT pleased about it ha.

I was getting it done in Dearborn again this afternoon. I started this house at 3pm and by the time I finished it was too dark to take an after pic 3 hours later. You know you're doing it right when a customer is thrilled with your work and they write you a check for more than you asked for.
