We LOVE Restoring Grout lines... READ WHY BELOW 👇
Pic #1: Original 20 year old stained Grout.
Far too stained for clean only to be an option that I would having a customer pay me for knowing that this would be the results from just cleaning due to the fact that the grout is old, stained from 20 years of dirt grease and oil being soaked into it and not ever being professionally cleaned and sealed.
Pic #2 Bone Color Restoration option (similar to original look). This option would take it back to the look that it had 20 years ago but the customer didn't want that light of a color.
Pic #3 Khaki Color Restoration option (matches the darker tones in the tile). This option gave the floor a brand new look and also a darker appearance
Both options included sealing the floors which prevents future dirt grease and oil from penetrating into the pores of the grout because it's no longer porous due to the fact the pores of the grout are now sealed. This process makes your floor not only look new but cleans up better than new grout would due to the fact that it's now sealed
