Sometime, I get a damage report on the vehicle's window, not windshield. This is physically impossible. Can soft linen material crack vehicle's SIDE window? Impossible. After reviewing the video record, all of them, 100%, are pre-existing window cracks. Why do I have to spend time, and listen impolite languages from the ignorant drivers? Simple physics. Fast flying object can damage your windshield. But side window by soft linen brush? Please. If you are willing to discuss on any damages, please do not use bad languages. We are just neighbors, why do you have to use bad languages to escalate feelings? By the way, saying 'the linen material cracked my SIDE window' is not based on the common sense. It is simply NOT POSSIBLE.
