After nearly 10 years of cleaning homes, we never had a single issue with any of our clients. And whenever we do make a mistake, we appreciate the client letting us know so that we can do our very best during the next visit. Today, we cleaned a home that was already spotless—truthfully, there wasn't much to do—but we performed our standard cleaning routine just as we do in every home. Unfortunately, this client was not satisfied with our work—which is their prerogative—but those who know us understand the immense effort we put into ensuring their homes are clean and organized. We cannot issue a refund simply because a client was not pleased! The service was performed, and it was performed well. Thank you to everyone who has stuck with us over the years; your support is deeply appreciated.🫶🏻
