This can include ATU’s, drip systems, holding tanks, or other specialized systems. The goal of the Arkansas Department of Health with this letter is to regain compliance on maintenance for these systems. We recently had a customer call with a complaint of a washing machine drain line backing up when the upstairs bathtub was drained. Upon further investigation and using our small drain camera we were able to find that there was a nail driven through the drain line during construction.
