Completed a walkthrough today in a hotel unit with widespread microbial growth throughout the space.

You can clearly see how moisture has allowed growth to spread across multiple surfaces, which is why situations like this require more than just surface cleaning. This will need a proper remediation approach:

✔️ Full containment setup
✔️ Negative air to prevent cross-contamination
✔️ Removal of affected materials
✔️ HEPA vacuuming & antimicrobial treatment

This is exactly why early detection and moisture control is so important in hospitality settings.

We’ll be putting together a full remediation plan to address this the right way.

We found a thick liquid sitting in a sink and dishwasher on a job today… didn’t look right at all.

So we tested it with our biohazard indicator…

This isn’t normal buildup.

Could be:
