Last night we had the honor of celebrating our incredible teams at our employee Christmas dinner forHave It Maid, LLC and Mechanical Air Services LLC —and my heart is so full.

This year marked 5 years strong for Have It Maid. Five years of growth, grit, long days, learning curves, and showing up for our clients and each other. And we are only getting better.
We also celebrated a huge milestone for Mechanical Air Services—hitting its first MILLION in revenue, an incredible accomplishment for a company that’s only two years old.

But none of this—not one milestone, not one win—happens without our employees.

To our teams: thank you. Thank you for your hard work, your loyalty, your pride in what you do, and for showing up day after day with heart and dedication. You are the backbone of these businesses. You care for our clients, protect our reputations, and represent us in ways we could never do alone. We truly could not do this without you.

Your effort does not go unnoticed. Your commitment does not go unappreciated. And your value goes far beyond numbers or titles—you are family to us.

💛 Cleaning for Compassion Post
