Beauty and Some Bleach is expanding, and we are hiring independent house cleaners to cover most of Central Florida.

This position is for anyone who desires to own their own business and be their own boss. This is not an hourly position and all revenue will be reported to the IRS.

We are looking to hire 2 new independent cleaners to add to our staff.

Requirements:
- Have reliable transportation preferably 2 years old or newer
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be able to work between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday
- Must have 5 consecutive years of residential housekeeping experience (will be checked with previous employers)
- Must be able to pass drug test and background check
- Must have bank account for direct deposit of check
- Must fill out W-9 form (please Google what this is)
- Must have own cleaning equipment and cleaning solutions (check list will be provided upon hiring, must show proof of equipment and supplies before being hired)
- Must be comfortable around household animals such as dogs and cats
- Must carry own liability insurance and workers compensation

Perks:
- Compensation is 70% of total cost of home cleaned. Example: Home that costs a total of $180 would be a profit of $126 for service rendered.

We are looking for 3 part time residential house cleaners.

Responsibilities include

- Cleaning and maintaining client homes on a weekly, biweekly, monthly basis or one time
basis.
- Cleaning equipment and refilling products after each home cleaned.
- Collecting payment upon completion of each home.
- Team leaders are responsible for overseeing and double checking all areas cleaned in home and making appropriate adjustment to these areas to ensure cleaning is to company and client standards.
- Cleaning up to 3 homes a day with another cleaner

Qualifications

- Available 2-3 days a week from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday
- Able to lift up to 15lbs
- English speaking, bilingual is a plus (Spanish)
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and insurance
- Clean background
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Previous experience in residential or hotel cleaning a plus but not required
- Ability to drive up to 60 miles per day
- Willingness to drive in/to Volusia, Lake and Seminole county

Pay and benefits

- Starting pay $10.50/hr
- $0.30 per mile using personal vehicle
- $100 sign on bonus after 3 month probationary period
- Vision and Dental offered
- Direct Deposit
- No nights , weekends or major holidays
- Pay increase considered after 6 month and upon evaluation
- Room for advancement with pay increase
- Full time potential 32+ hours
