🔎🦉 THE CASE OF THE MISSING REVIEWS! 🕵️‍♂️📰

Detective Everett is on the case, and he's uncovered something worth investigating! 👀

This Thursday, October 22nd, is National Leave a Review Day! ⭐ And while Detective Everett has been busy solving plumbing mysteries, there's one thing he knows for certain: Every business has a story, and YOUR experience helps tell it!

Whether it's your favorite coffee shop ☕, a local restaurant 🍽️, a family-owned business 🏡, or even the plumbing company that saved the day 🔧, your feedback matters!

💚 A few kind words can make a BIG difference for a small business. Reviews help local businesses grow, build trust, and reach new customers. They also give hardworking teams the recognition they deserve!

So, here's your assignment from Detective Everett: 🕵️‍♂️

🌟 Think of a business you've recently visited or worked with.

🌟 Take a moment to leave an honest review about your experience.

🌟 Help someone else discover a business worth supporting!

The evidence is clear: Your words matter, and every review helps tell the story! 🔎💚

And if Evergreen Plumbing & Drains has ever helped solve one of your plumbing mysteries, we'd love to hear your side of the story, too! 🦉🌲

🔮✨ We can't predict the future... but we CAN help prevent a plumbing nightmare! 👻🎃

Imagine waking up to an ice-cold shower because your water heater suddenly stopped working! 🥶🚿 Now THAT'S a frightening surprise!

Unfortunately, plumbing problems don't come with a crystal ball to warn us when something's about to go wrong. 🕸️

While we may not have magical powers, we DO have the tools and expertise to help spot potential problems before they turn into costly surprises! 🪄

From aging water heaters and hidden leaks to stubborn blockages, routine plumbing inspections can help uncover warning signs before they become bigger headaches.

This Halloween, leave the chills to the spooky season, not your morning shower! 🎃🚿

We had the BEST time participating in the Heart of Centerville's Annual Fall Fest for the very first time! 🍁

Getting to bring the Evergreen crew out into the community, meet so many amazing people, and enjoy the day with some of our team members’ kiddos made it even more special. From our booth to the smiles, laughs, and little helpers who joined us, we’re so grateful we got to be part of such a great event!

We also got to snap a photo of our dispatcher and her dad, owner of another small-business in Centerville, Beyond Kompare, hanging out in the pumpkin patch that both businesses helped sponsor. 🎃

A huge thank-you to Heart of Centerville for welcoming us to Fall Fest and putting together such a fun day. We had a blast and are already looking forward to next year! And thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, we loved meeting you! 🧡

It’s October 3rd… and Everett has been keeping receipts. 💅📕😂

Welcome to the Plumbing Burn Book, where no bad plumbing habit is safe.

🧻 “Flushable” wipes? She doesn’t even go here!
🍳 Grease down the kitchen sink? Stop trying to make fetch happen.
🚽 Treating your toilet like a trash can? You can’t sit with us.
💧 That leak you’ve been ignoring for six months? Everett knows. 👀
🌳 Tree roots sneaking into your sewer line? Definitely getting a page.

And to the homeowners who actually take care of their plumbing…

You go, Glen Coco! 👏😂

Happy October 3rd from Evergreen Plumbing & Drains! 💕🌲

🦉🔍 EVERETT’S MYTHBUSTER MONDAY!

“The plumbing problem may not be located anywhere near where you’re seeing the symptom.”
✅ TRUE!

Plumbing problems can be sneaky! 👀 Just because you see water, hear gurgling, or notice a slow drain in one area doesn’t necessarily mean that’s where the problem started.

💧 Water can travel along pipes, framing, floors, and ceilings before becoming visible. Drain and sewer issues can also affect multiple fixtures throughout the home.

For example:

💦 A ceiling stain could originate from plumbing several feet away.
🚽 A gurgling toilet could indicate a drain or venting issue elsewhere.
🚿 Multiple slow drains could point to a main sewer line problem.

🔧 This is exactly why Evergreen requires an on-site estimate, and there’s no cost to the customer! Not every plumbing issue is immediately visible to the naked eye. Having a technician assess the situation in person allows us to properly investigate the symptoms, locate the likely source, and recommend the right solution instead of guessing over the phone.

💚 Evergreen Care Members also receive special pricing on several plumbing services and can choose one eligible service at no additional cost every six months!

🦉 Everett’s Tip: Where you see the problem isn’t always where the problem begins!

🍋 When life gave Everett lemons, he knew exactly what to do...make lemonade!
