4 OPEN POSITIONS:

1. AIRWAY (PART-TIME LAUNDRY ATTENDANT) – Thursdays & Saturdays, 2pm – 9pm (1 Position)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• MUST LOVE DOING LAUNDRY!!
• Good/Clear oral communication - always helpful and polite.
• Functional reading and writing (English), and basic computer skills. Speaking Spanish a plus!

PHYSICAL/PERSONAL DEMANDS:
• Physically able to exert/lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 30 pounds frequently, and 15-25 pounds constantly. Ability to: grab, lift and carry, push/pull, and move bulky objects.
• Frequent, accurate computer keyboarding; ability to view and use a computer monitor and printer.
**We are looking for friendly, helpful people who communicate well as the position consists of assisting customers and creating a friendly, clean and safe Laundromat environment for everyone.
**Reliable transportation to and from work is required.

2. AIRWAY (PART-TIME PRODUCTION LAUNDRY PROCESSOR) – Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays, 9:00 PM until job is complete (1 Position)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• MUST LOVE DOING LAUNDRY!!
• Detail-oriented, reliable, good organizational skills, high-energy
• Functional reading and writing (English), and basic computer skills.

PHYSICAL/PERSONAL DEMANDS:
• Physically able to exert/lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 30 pounds frequently, and 15-25 pounds constantly. Ability to: grab, lift and carry, push/pull, and move bulky objects.

**This job will be physically demanding. Quality of the finished product must be excellent and meet customer expectations.

3. KETTERING (PART-TIME CLEANER) – Monday – Sunday, 5:00 am – 10 am (2 Positions open)
MUST BE ABLE TO COME BACK LATER IN THE DAY, AROUND 5:30 PM, TO DO A TOUCHUP CLEAN, EXCEPT FOR SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS.

CLEANING DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
- Restroom: Clean and disinfect sink, toilet, and floor. Stock bathroom supplies such as toilet paper and liquid soap.
- Floors: Vacuum and mop.
- Dryers: Vacuum lint trays, apply stainless steel cleaner, use glass cleaner on doors.
- Washers: Clean inside, outside, and tops. Apply stainless steel cleaner.
- Tables/Chairs/Folding Tables: Sanitize
- Trash: Empty wastebaskets (putting new liner in each basket), and transport to disposal area.
- Vending: Replenish pop/snack/soap machine.
- Machines: Troubleshooting issues with owners and minor repair, as needed.
**Reliable transportation to and from work is required.

4. KETTERING/LINDEN/SMITHVILLE (PART-TIME CLEANER) – SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (WILL ROTATE BETWEEN ALL 3 OF OUR 24-HOUR LOCATIONS) (1 OR 2 POSITIONS OPEN)
**MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION**
CLEANING DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
- Restroom: Clean and disinfect sink, toilet, and floor. Stock bathroom supplies such as toilet paper and liquid soap.
- Floors: Use broom and dustpan, mop up any spills.
- Dryers: Use glass cleaner on doors, if needed.
- Washers: Clean up any spills
- Tables/Chairs/Folding Tables: Clean
- Trash: Empty wastebaskets (putting new liner in each basket), and transport to disposal area.
- Machines: Troubleshooting issues with owners and minor repair, as needed.

To all of our valued customers, our Linden Ave location will be closed tomorrow through early Friday morning for remodeling. You are welcome to visit one of our other locations while we are closed. They are:

1060 S. Smithville Road (open 24 hours)
4755 Airway Road ( 7am - 9pm, last loads must be in washers no later than 7:30pm)

We are currently looking to hire a part-time commercial cleaner for a 24-hour laundromat on Linden Ave. in Riverside, OH. Desired applicants will be highly motivated, reliable, and have a strong attention to detail. This would be a great opportunity for those that are looking for supplemental income.

Cleaning duties to include:

As a designated “essential business”, it is our responsibility to ensure we are doing all we can to protect our customers and our employees during this pandemic. You may notice some of the following differences when you visit one of our laundromats:
• We have removed most, if not all, chairs from the locations.
• We are asking customers to not shake your clothes in the laundromat and to wait in their cars when not actively moving their clothes into and out of washers and dryers.
• We have removed all folding tables and ask customers to please fold your clothes at home.
• Our employees are working diligently to clean and disinfect all surfaces customers may touch while visiting one of our sites, from door handles to laundry carts to vending machines.

New Announcement (AIRWAY LOCATION ONLY), 4/9/2020

Starting this Saturday, 4/11/2020, At Your Service Coin Laundry located at 4755 Airway Road, Riverside, OH 45431 will begin offering Curb Side Service, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, for all customers that do not wish to leave the safety of their own car. Please call 937-308-6908 to notify us you are in the parking lot. Our employees will meet you at your car, pick up your laundry and soap, wash/dry/bag (not fold) your clothes, then place clean clothes in a bag for you to take home. The amount you pay at the time of clothes pickup is strictly what it costs to wash and dry your clothes.

We also want to thank those that are on the front lines keeping our families safe during these unprecedented times. Starting immediately, At Your Service Coin Laundry on Airway Road will be offering free wash/dry/fold service to all First Responders and Health Care workers. Any First Responder or Health Care worker, with a valid ID, can either drop their laundry off inside with our attendant or utilize our Curb Side Service.

While we understand Covid-19 has affected many individuals we realize the local restaurant industry has been hit hard. Because of this, At Your Service Coin Laundry will also be making a donation to the Restaurant Employee Relief Fund.

To our valued customers, this afternoon the state of Ohio issued a Stay at Home Order effective 11:59 p.m. on March 23, 2020, until 11:59 p.m. on April 6, 2020. This order identifies businesses and operations deemed essential and therefore exempt. Laundromats have been designated an essential business; therefore, we will remain open during our normal business hours and you will be allowed to do your laundry during this mandate period.

Our employees will still be working, so I am asking all of our customers to please remain vigilant and obey the social distancing guidelines set forth. To protect our employees even further, we are asking our customers to adhere to the following guidelines:
1. PLEASE do not shake your clothing when loading the washers.
2. Please stay in your cars when not actively moving your clothes from the washers to the dryers.
3. Please consider folding your clothes at home instead of inside the laundromat.

To our valued customers, our customer and employee safety is our main concern during the COVID-19 pandemic. At this time, we do not anticipate closing. The San Francisco area is currently under a 24-hour quarantine for 3 weeks; however, laundromats and dry cleaners are exempt from closing as they are deemed essential businesses. If the state of Ohio follows the same restrictions, I am hoping laundromats will be exempt here as well.

This being a 24-hour laundromat, normally we clean this location twice a day. We have increased this to include an additional clean concentrating on sanitizing all door handles, pop/snack buttons, soap vendor sliders, the doors to all washers and dryers, and all the laundry carts. Clothes washing guideline printouts will be posted for customer education purposes.
