Yellowjackets find a void in the house or ground. The nest will expand outward if the void is too small. Often, they will find a way into the living space. In this case, they didn't.

Look what I found getting in my truck this morning. These are harmless as far as I know and don't ever come into the house, so I will just move her out into my yard somewhere.

Check out these little guys. Not sure if they are Thief Ants or Pharaoh Ants without putting one under a magnifier. Found them while tracking a different ant. They weren't getting in the house so we left them alone.

Yellow jackets are here and active. Dont'spray them or plug their hole. If they can't get out, they will chew through the drywall very quickly and empty into the living space!
