Finally finished my restoration of these Corcoran jump boots that were scuffed and gouged. The first few photos are the initial photos, with the boot on the left with minimal work done compared to the right one that was untouched. After I was able to spend more time on them I was able to get them to the level that I wanted. They’re up for auction now. I’ll post the link in the comments!

Recently I tested out a newer product that Xenia Shoe and Leather Repair got in! Here’s the results:

I typically use Saphir’s Mirror Shine, but it’s expensive and can be hard to work with. This product was much cheaper and even though it took a few more coats because it’s thinner, the end result was still the same. I will definitely be using this more. Thanks to Xenia Shoe and Leather Repair for always having great products in stock. It’s great to be able to shop locally!

I was so happy to have the opportunity to restore this leather A2 Bomber Jacket for a retired Air Force Officer! It was a fun project and I learned a lot.

Another before and after! All this gunk packed into areas you don’t normally think of is a great reason to ensure your equipment is cleaned and well taken care of. A bootblack can also help with those areas that might need a special product or even redyed!

Who would’ve thought that there’s a beautiful brown and black saddle under all that dirt and grime??

This saddle isn’t completed yet and still needs some treatment in a few spots and conditioning all over, but it’s looking astonishingly better after just a good scrub and rinse.

Your leather and tack lasts longer when taken care of properly, so make sure you do so or take it to someone who can for you.

Motorcyclists!
Your gear is expensive and leather lasts longer when it’s taken care of properly. Now that riding season is coming to a close, it’s a great time to take your leather to an expert, like a Bootblack, who knows exactly how each individual piece of leather should be cared for. Especially if your bike will be left out in the elements this winter, it’s super important to make sure it’s as protected as possible!
