PART-TIME JANITORIAL / CUSTODIAL CLEANER

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual with a strong cleaning background to join our team as a part-time janitor/custodial cleaner at a commercial property in the Quad City area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, consistent part-time work — with the potential to grow into additional hours and responsibilities.
POSITION DETAILS
• Location: Quad City Area (exact address provided upon interview)
• Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays
• Hours: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM (3 hours per visit / 6 hours per week)
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate — commensurate with experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Emptying trash and recycling bins
• Wiping down surfaces, counters, and common areas
• Restocking supplies as needed
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the property
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong cleaning background with hands-on janitorial or custodial experience required
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment
• Dependable and punctual — reliability is a must
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs
