MAJOR FLASH FLOODING IN BALDWIN & MOBILE COUNTIES... This home in Daphne, AL was submerged by the ongoing, major flash flood event in progress this evening across parts of Baldwin and Mobile counties. Upwards of 10-12" of total rainfall have happened in isolated areas this evening! Thankfully, the folks inside this home were able to evacuate to safety according to Tyler Smith ( on X) who sent in this photo.

Flash flooding will continue to be a major problem as this SLOW-moving complex of storms continues moving east. It has been quiet for much of the day in northwest Florida but storms are about to begin near Pensacola and Milton soon.

Please DO NOT DRIVE if you're involved in one of the many flash flood warnings this evening!
