We love Rainy days when it comes to mole trapping!
Rainy days are some of the BEST days for mole trapping! 🌧️🐾
When the ground gets saturated, moles are forced to travel through their active shallow tunnels more frequently in search of food like worms and grubs. That increased movement means a much better chance of successful trapping.
A lot of homeowners notice fresh ridges and new mole activity after a good rain — and that’s exactly why we stay busy even in wet weather. The rain softens the soil, makes tunnel systems more active, and helps us pinpoint the freshest runs for effective trap placement.
If your yard is starting to look like a minefield after all this rain, now is the time to act before the damage gets worse.
