Before and after. Dropped a liner and installed new furnace pipe. Removed the furnace cement and put in a concrete patch around the pipe and thimble going into the chimney.

The form for the chimney crown was pulled. The fireplace has a Top Lock Energy Saving Damper, the furnace has a stainless steel Flex Liner, the chimney and crown was waterproofed and this is the last rebuild of the season! I am looking forward to next spring to tackle more rebuild! I've learned so many different techniques throughout my first year owning my own business. Thank you to all of the love and support from everyone. We will finish the winter off with cleanings, inspections, and liners for the furnace.

Rebuild from the roof up, the inside cavity of the chimney was completely hollow, we had to mix cement and pour buckets of high strength concrete inside of the cavity from the bottom to the top, then poured the chimney crown. Last rebuild of the season!

How it started to how it ended. Someone zip tied 2 caps to each other and called it a day.... what a same.. she's solid now.
