Due to rising costs, we're adjusting our services and prices. Here's what's changing:
* **Price Increase:** Prices are going up, our minimum price will be $278+5% health care fee
* **Scheduling:** Dedicated arrival times are replaced with windows. We'll text your estimated arrival time if we have your number.
* **Service Levels:** Minimum price means less cleaning. We're offering a lower, limited service for quick cleanups at a below minimum price.
* **Rug Cleaning:** In-house cleaning isn't full cleaning or odor removal. Opt for our implant service for that.
We're transparent about rising costs and service changes. Unlike competitors, we won't pressure you for upgrades.
To offset rising costs, we're adding new fees:
* **Billing:** 3% fee. Avoid fee by paying for services once completed.
* **Golden Gate Bridge:** $75 trip charge (avoidable with $800 invoice or same-day booking with a neighbor)
* **Healthcare:** 5% fee.
This fee will be removed if you pay with check or cash once service is completed.
**Bounced Checks:** State-approved penalty (3x check amount) for collections.
