Smart move. The designer knew the existing travertine was premium grade and just needed honing and sealing. The contractor would have installed builder-grade porcelain for 3x the price. After restoration, even the contractor admitted it looked incredible. Trust the people who understand materials, not just installation!

Black mold in the grout. Soap scum on the tiles. Caulk peeling at every seam. The homeowner had already scheduled demolition. We asked for one shot. Three hours later: grout restored and color-sealed, soap scum removed, caulk replaced, mold eliminated. Demo cancelled. Shower saved. $14,000 saved

Here's a quick test: pour a tablespoon of water on your grout line. If it absorbs within 30 seconds, your grout seal is gone and it's absorbing everything, dirt, bacteria, moisture. If the water beads up, you're still protected. Most homes over 10 years old fail this test. Try it and tell us your results in the comments.

You keep a beautiful home. But when the grout lines are dark and the tile looks dull, it ages the entire space. Most homeowners over 55 don't realize that professional restoration can take 15 years off their floors in a single afternoon. No demolition. No dust. No weeks of construction. Just floors that look like the day they were installed.

We know most homeowners over 55 have been told 'just replace it' by every contractor they've talked to. We want to show you there's another option. During your free assessment, we'll inspect your tile and grout, explain exactly what restoration can achieve, and give you an honest quote. If replacement is truly the better option, we'll tell you that too.

If your bathroom has a musty smell that never fully goes away no matter how much you clean, it's almost certainly coming from bacteria trapped in your grout. Years of moisture have created a biofilm deep in the pores that surface cleaning can't touch. Our extraction process eliminates it completely, then we seal it so it can't come back!

You updated the paint. You bought new furniture. But the floors still scream 2005. Dark grout lines and hazy tile are the #1 thing that dates a home. And here's the worst part: every year you wait, the staining goes deeper and restoration becomes harder. The best time to restore was 5 years ago. The second best time is now.

Real estate agents will tell you: dated, dirty floors are the #1 thing that makes buyers lowball offers. Even if
you're not selling, your home's equity is tied to its condition. A $2,000 tile restoration can protect $15,000-$30,000 in home value. It's not an expense. It's an investment that pays for itself.

Grout is warm, moist, and porous. It's the perfect breeding ground for bacteria, mold, and mildew, especially in the DFW area bathrooms. One client's shower tested positive for 4 types of mold after years of buildup. After our restoration, the grout was sealed permanently. No more moisture pe*******on. No more mold habitat.

No filters. No editing. Just professional restoration. This is what happens when you extract 12 years of trapped dirt from grout pores and apply a permanent color seal. The tile was never the problem. The grout was holding the whole floor hostage. We set it free.
