Part time position for an experienced cleaning person to clean commercial buildings after 3pm. This position has the possibility of growing to full time for the right candidate. We also have a Prn position (as needed) to clean commercial buildings in the evenings from 3pm-11pm. This position also has the potential of growing to part time or possibly even full time for the right candidate.
Job Requirements include:
Ability to stoop, bend, and lift 30 lbs.
Ability to detail clean correctly and quickly. Ability to pay attention and follow directions.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Must have your own vehicle, current driving license and insurance with clean driving record. Will ride In company van to and from each building that we clean. Must have at least 3 months cleaning experience that can be verified, must have good work history that can be verified, able to pass random drug tests and clear criminal background check. We will be checking all of these.
The pay depends on experience and eligible for raise in 90 days depending on job performance. Performance bonuses given monthly, as well as paid vacations after one year of employment.
