Guys, it's been too long and I'm sorry. The truth is we have been slammed over here. Over the last 6 weeks so much has changed and we have been pumping out high volume with our expanded crew. We have hired two new team members Casey Bryce Kayla Kay and they are absolutely dominating their roles on the team. We have more than doubled our 5 star google reviews in less than two months and I gotta say: From our team to you personally we appreciate your ongoing support.

THE GIG:
Bring your expertise to the team and be willing to learn at any given moment.

THE HOURS: Monday - Friday 9-6. Rotating Saturdays will be required when we are staffed appropriately.

FULL TIME ✅

YOU:
Minimum 2 years experience
Clean, neat, professional appearance
Preferably non-smoker
Ability to hand-cut a bonus but not necessary
Like money
MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER
MUST BE COACHABLE

US:

THE PAY:
Hourly or Flat Rate (meaning you get paid per piece of glass) You choose. If you are fast, you can really hit it hard with flat rate and put some money in your pocket.

The ROLE:
Respond to lead forms
Have engaging conversation with customers
Provide solutions and issue estimates
Collect deposits
Get them scheduled.
That's it!

We need someone who understands the shopping experience and pain points when it comes to our services! If you've had your windows tinted, you have PPF on your vehicle, shopped for wraps, or ceramic coatings that is a huge bonus!

We will train the right candidate, but you must bring the energy and be ready to impress. This is not a handout and you must be a high performer.

The PAY:
Starting at $18/hr for the right candidate. Bonuses on every sale you close.

The HOURS:
Monday - Friday. Minimum 3-4 hours/day preferably 9am to 1pm. Schedule flexible. Part time to start. Can quickly escalate into full time depending on your performance.
