Things to know about Renee's cleaning service by Selma Kinney. Yes, my rates are probably higher than most because I've been in the cleaning business for over 31 years. We will not grow our business beyond ourselves, meaning I will be in your home every time and will be the same person every time. We offer different services because everyone has their own expectations. Some clients would like me just to do a quick general clean through their home, while others would like a thorough cleaning every time, which takes more time. We offer deep cleanings at a lower rate than our general cleanings because I encourage everyone to have a deep cleaning if necessary. We clean your home several times before setting a set price because we might get a little quicker once we get to know your home. If we need help, it's usually one of our kids or my sister, because I don't trust employees to do the same job that I would do. It's my reputation on the line. I hold my reputation very dear because my mom started the company, and I continue to want to grow and make her proud. I don't do before and after pictures; the number one reason is my clients' privacy, and the number two reason is that you could get those pictures anywhere online. Our clients become like family to us, so we are always there when you need someone to look after your home when you're on vacation or need help with the dogs during winter. I offer to come in to just do your floors on your bi-weekly cleaning. My rates were only raised by $10 in the last 20 years. I'd rather take on more work than I could handle than continue to keep raising my clients' prices. Unfortunately, due to this, I don't have a lot of room to take on new clients. I really hate to turn down work, but I want to give my clients the best of my services. Please always check in. We always have deep cleaning slots available, and right now we have a Monday every other week opening that's just open. Unfortunately, due to the fact that I don't want to charge more to my clients, there is a cancellation fee, which I'd be happy to discuss with you. I'm doing this in order not to have to charge my clients more. We get most of our clients from recommendations from our wonderful clients, and I thank them dearly.
