Hello folks! Mark Sanders here! First it started with the heat then with the rains and then with the rains and this cold snap that we all love..🤔 American Cockroaches have entered our living areas through the pipe chases in bathrooms and kitchen cabinets! Bad and good news AND good news! Here are some American Cockroaches in the bathroom sink cabinet of a customer's residence today.Rather an infestation to a certain degree. I certainly agree! The other picture is an American Cockroach egg case. The American Cockroach egg case has only about 13 to 15 first stagers in it. Good news is that it's not the dreaded German Cockroach that has like 35 to 45 little ones in it. Furthermore it's easy to get rid of American cockroaches with a decent pyrethroid, but with the German Cockroach you have to use a specialized method of operation technique involving precise bait placement strategies because they are resistant to even synthesized pyrethroids. And the other good news is that you have the assurance of my ability in the specialized technique of infestation clean out of all types of household pests! Thanks for letting me say a few words!

Swarm season is underway. Carpenter ants usually swarm a little bit before termites but then again there's certain situations that may take place. Got a call on this past Sunday emergency service. They had ants that came in because of this unusual cold snap and rain and this time of year it's unusual to have 50° temperatures with the rain fall. These were shed builder ants AKA acrobat ants and some entomologists are in debate about it that they're not wood destroying insects, but in my opinion they are because they hollow out brood Chambers therefore destroying wood and emit shavings AKA frass.
