This is not an easy journey. There are times… well a lot of times, where I fell off the wagon. Consistency is one of the things I struggle with BUT currently working on improving it. When you fall off, just get back up and try again.

The crazy thing is, I am the same weight in both pics. The only difference is I added some plant based vitamins and a pink drink to my daily routine. I am the same ole goofy Tee…Just without the “extra baggage”,

❌Puffiness
❌Plus, many other issues
