Hey everyone!
In preparation for the next week or so we will be very limited on scheduled work until temps get back to normal
We will still be handling all priority cleans for scheduled move ins though
On top of having to wait for above freezing temps to work because of my cleaning system consisting of many water lines that will freeze
This is also the busiest time of year for busted water pipes
They will freeze overnight and as temps rise above freezing and the sun comes out the next day they will thaw out and burst
And predicted weather is calling for exactly that almost every day for over a week
So we will be prioritizing those breaks for the next week give or take
Standing water can quickly lead to mold and severe damage to belongings and building structures so please do not hesitate to reach out to us to get the water extracted as quickly as possible to avoid further damage
