Good morning neighbors,
I just want to first of all thank all of my wonderful, loyal, understanding customers. I am truly blessed to have you all trust in me to come into your homes/ place of business, families lives. Although I am not perfect and life gets hectic especially outside of work. Not to mention trying my best to keep my business going, keeping customers happy and adjusting my schedule sometimes to accommodate them.. and vice versa.. if you have met me personally you can see I take my work ethic seriously and with pride. I apologize for those who have not been satisfied with my work/ customer service. I think I can speak for us all when I say I’m just trying to keep afloat. I strive to keep all customers, one time or reoccurring, happy and satisfied all while balancing life… yes, even if it is “just” cleaning your space. Sorry for the rant but thought I’d take the time to appreciate every single one of you, apologize to those who have had a problem with my service/ customer service. Thank you for bringing your complaints and concerns to me, I’m all for it. I always encourage to leave a brief review on the page you originally found me in. Good or bad, I’ll continue to work on doing what I have to do as a Business owner, mother, friend, and consumer to make our lives a little less hectic.🙂 Have a wonderful day/ rest of the week.
