Happy 20th Anniversary to Carey’s Automotive Detailing!

This summer marks 20 years since I started Carey’s Automotive Detailing right here on Holts Landing Rd. I was just 17, almost 18 years old, chasing a vision and willing to work for it. Back then, the average detail was about $85—and I was just getting started.

Since then, I’ve detailed hundreds of cars and trucks, plenty of motorcycles, and even one RV along the way. More importantly, I’ve met a ton of great people, built lasting friendships, and earned the trust of this community.

There have been countless times customers brought me their vehicles to get ready for trade-in… and after seeing the finished result, they decided to keep them instead. That right there never gets old.

Through it all, one thing has never changed—our mission: to be the most dependable and reliable detailer on the Delaware coast.

Today, we’re proud to have two locations:📍 Our original shop on Holts Landing Rd in Dagsboro📍 And our second location on Shawnee Rd in Greenwood

Well, glad the first week of spring is here, officially our grand opening to the 2026 season. Currently as of today (3/15) we are booking the month of June. Spots are filling faster and faster every year. I currently have only 12 spots left open for the 2026 detailing season.
