Our steam cleaning is done by a powerful TRUCKMOUNTED Machine and we run hoses into the home or business to clean with. All customers receive the same treatment when it comes to our cleaning services. We have NO hidden fees. We use all natural cleaners that loosens up the soil, allergens, and residue in carpet. Then we steam clean at around 220-230 degree's. Alot of other carpet cleaners use soaps and shampoo's to clean the carpet with. If not removed properly, soaps and shampoo's will remain in the carpet cause sticky residue and rapid resoiling. This will also cause the carpet to be destroyed faster. Over wetting carpet can also be an issue for other carpet cleaners. Carpets should not be wet for 24hrs or more. Our dry time is 4 -8 hours. Our general carpet steam cleaning includes our organic cleaner plus steam cleaning. If you have any bio-waste in your carpet (urine, f***s, vomit, blood) and special process is needed to remove properly and a additional fee will be applied. Our technicians will inspect and test the carpet for bio-waste contamination and then confirms with customer whats found and price to remove. Please keep in mind that a regularly vacuumed room of carpet will help in maintaining the life of the carpet. All residential carpet should be professionally cleaned at least twice a year and heavily traffic commercial carpet more frequently.
