Drain replacement under home. We recently performed a "redrain" of a home in Lakewood CA. The pipes were leaking under the house causing a sewage smell. We cut out the old cast iron and installed new ABS pipes. With a 25 year warranty on the new drain system.

New vent system. Vents for the sewer system are cool because they keep sewer gas from building up in confined spaces. Our client had some work done and they left the vent line open inside the attic. This allowed the attic to get smelly. We fixed it by extending the vent line outside through the roof. And then sealed up the pipe pe*******on to prevent rain water from coming into the attic.

We recently installed a new shower valve for a client in Long Beach, CA. This was a pretty straight forward project. The client had already removed the old tile in the bathroom. We shut down the water to the home to cut out the old shower valve in the wall. Once the new tile is installed we will return to put the shower trim on with a new shower head and handle.

After many years of blockages our client asked if there was a way to stop them from happening. We were able to repair a small section of sewer line that had failed. We patched the concrete after we fixed the sewer. No more mainline stoppages. We offered a 25 year warranty on the repair made but it will last much longer than that.

We recently replaced a few feet of toilet drain in Long Beach, CA. The pipe had collapsed under the concrete. After testing the new pipe installed, we ran a camera to confirm everything in the house was working. We were able to patch concrete after the repair was made so the home owner didn't have to go searching for multiple contractors.

Kitchen sink stoppage. We had a client in Long Beach, CA experiencing a back up. After trying to clear the drain with a snake and a jetter, we took it apart to see what was going. We found it completely packed with solidified grease. The drains were only five years old but already needed to be replaced due to heavy misuse. We will be maintaining the new drain pipe with a jetter every 6 months to prevent it from failing again.

We recently made a drain repair in Huntington Beach, CA. The customer was experience leaks under the home. After the inspection he decided to replace a section of cast iron drains to stop the leaks. The drains were original to the home so after 60 years some repairs needed to be made.

This drain was backed up and leaking. We had a client with a backed up tub drain that was leaking in the ceiling. We took the drain apart to see what was going on. We found 60 years of rust and build inside and the metal pipe had rusted through. We ended up replacing a five foot section of drain line to restore flow and fix the leak.

New bathtub faucet installation. We recently replaced this roman tub faucet for a client in signal hill. We replaced the shut off valves and connection hoses as well. While testing everything to find out why the old faucet failed, we found the house pressure at nearly 100 PSI. We also replaced the pressure regulator to keep the new faucet and everything else in the home safe.

Gas system replacement in Lynwood, CA. We recently replaced the gas lines inside a home in Lynwood. After the gas company shut off the gas, we went out and performed a pressurized gas test. We found multiple leaks in the system. After the customer reviewed the videos we took from under the home, she opted to replace the entire system instead of repairing the leaks individually. We ran most of the system in Trac-Pipe, per code, to save the customer time and money. Once completed, we pressurized the new system and tested for leaks. Everything held pressure and we were able to offer the customer a 25 year warranty on the new piping. She was happy to have hot water again and a safe working gas system.
