Typical Job Tasks of a Pool Salesperson:
-Talking to prospective customers
-Surveying prospective sites
-Discussing the scope of work with clients
-Producing detailed contracts and
estimated costs
-Presenting proposals to clients for approval
-Maintaining communication with the client as projects progress
-Choosing plant material that will suit the land type and the needs of the site
-Liaising with other professionals for custom bids
Requirements:
-Creativity and imagination
-Good verbal and written communication
Negotiation and leadership ability
An eye for detail
Lateral and spatial thinking
Drawing and IT skills, including the ability to use computer-aided design (Pool Studio)
Client management skills
Must possess reliable automobile/ current TX License and clean driving record
Pay Rate: Commission Sales Position with BASE SALARY OPTION (Typical Range $40,000 to $60,000/Year for trainees).
Phone and Lap Top Provided.
