Long post!

I, Brian Northcutt of Brian Northcutt Sanitation, would like to address an issue that was raised to me on 8/14/2025. I was contacted by the organizer of a charitable event that happened in Cynthiana in July that Bonnie Fisher had a complaint. Ms Fisher stated that my 165lb plastic porta john that I donated to the event, was set on “her” sidewalk on Pike Street and it had crushed the sidewalk near a metal grate. The porta john in question was sitting in front of the said grate as you can see in photo and could not have caused the issue but Ms. Fisher told me I was trespassing on her property ( I wasn’t aware that sidewalks were private property in the city) and did not have permission to set the porta john in this location, I need to note this unit has been set in this exact location at the same charitable event in previous years with no issues. There is no way that my porta john did this damage. I apologize that Ms Fisher believes that I was trespassing on her sidewalk. I have agreed to fix the said sidewalk area even though I know and the organizer of the event were at no fault, but I am doing this repair per Ms. Fisher's request. I write this to let everyone know I would have never done anything to destroy another person's property or trespass. I do my very best to run the sanitation business with high standards to all my customers. I learned this business from my father and I know he looks down on me and is very proud of how I have carried on his traditions and grew this business.
