Carpenter ants don't eat wood—they chew through it to build nests. If you're seeing sawdust piles, hollow walls, or winged ants inside, you may have a colony growing in your home. Get your free quote today. 📞 855-886-7378

Florida's summer heat, humidity, and daily storms create perfect conditions for termites, mosquitoes, roaches, and ants—all at the same time. Pests don't take a break. Your protection shouldn't either. Ask about our year-round plans. 📞 855-886-7378

Here's what happens with one-time treatments:
You call when you see the problem. We treat it. It's gone. You move on.
But Florida's climate doesn't take breaks. Humidity, rain, and warm temperatures keep pest populations active 12 months a year. The problem you solved today gets replaced by a different one in a few weeks.

That's not a failure of treatment. That's just how pest pressure works in a subtropical climate.

Consistent, scheduled treatments keep your home ahead of the cycle instead of always reacting to it. Our recurring plans cover the pests that are active NOW and prepare for the ones coming NEXT.

That's the difference between pest control and pest prevention.

You called us for termites in April. Problem solved.
But now it's July, and mosquitoes took over the backyard. Roaches started showing up after every storm. And ants found a trail to your kitchen counter.

That's how pest pressure works in Florida. It never stops—it just changes.
One-time treatments handle what's happening now. But they can't prepare your home for what's coming next month, or the the next wave arrives.

One company. Every season. Every pest.
Ask about our year-round protection plans.

Drywood termites don't leave mud tubes. They don't need soil. They live entirely inside the wood they eat.

That makes them harder to detect—but not impossible if you know what to look for.
Pellets (frass): Tiny, sand-like droppings pushed out of small holes in wood. You'll find them near baseboards, window frames, or on the floor below infested areas.
Discarded wings: After a swarm, termites shed their wings. Finding them near windows or light sources means a colony tried to establish nearby.

Hollow wood: Tap on door frames, baseboards, or windowsills. If it sounds hollow, termites may already be feeding inside.

July's heat and humidity keep drywood termites at peak activity. If you spot any of these signs, don't wait.

It rained last night. By this afternoon, mosquitoes are already laying eggs in every puddle, clogged gutter, and forgotten container on your property.
Here's what most people don't realize: mosquitoes don't travel far from where they hatch. If you're getting bitten in your own backyard, the breeding site is within a few hundred feet of where you're standing.

And in July, Florida's daily storms create new breeding grounds constantly. It's a cycle that repeats every single week.

Our seasonal mosquito control doesn't just reduce adult populations. We identify and treat breeding sites around your property so the cycle breaks before it starts.
Take back your outdoor spaces this summer.

Let's clear something up: cockroaches inside your home don't mean you have a cleanliness problem.

In Florida's rainy season, heavy storms flood the outdoor areas where American cockroaches (palmetto bugs) normally live. So they move to the nearest dry shelter—your house. Through gaps under doors, cracks in the foundation, drains, and vents.
German cockroaches are a different story. They're already inside, hiding in kitchens and bathrooms where it's warm and damp. And they reproduce fast—one egg case holds 30-40 babies.

Store-bought sprays kill what you see. They don't reach the nesting areas or stop the breeding cycle.

Our treatments target entry points, nesting sites, and breeding areas. We address the problem at the source—not just the symptom.

You wipe down the counter. They come back. You spray the trail. They find a new route.
That's because the ants you see are workers. They're foraging. The colony—with the queen producing thousands of eggs—is somewhere else entirely. Under your foundation. Inside your walls. In the landscaping next to your house.

Ghost ants are the tiny, almost translucent ones you find near sinks and counters. Carpenter ants are bigger and darker—they chew through wood to build their nests, which can cause real damage over time.

In July, both species are at peak activity. Our treatments don't chase ants around your kitchen. We target the colony and cut off the source.

One treatment. Lasting results.

Termites don't slow down in summer. They speed up.

Higher temperatures and humidity mean faster feeding, faster reproduction, and faster damage to your home's wood structures. Both drywood and subterranean species are at peak activity right now in Florida.

The tricky part? Most of the damage happens where you can't see it. Inside walls. Under floors. In attic beams.

By the time you notice, the colony has been working for months—sometimes years.
July is the middle of their most productive season. If you haven't had an inspection this year, now is the time to get ahead of it.
