In years past I have always ran until the weather wasn't cooperating. However this year I am doing detail by appointment and drop off only (I do not provide a loaner vehicle and have no waiting area as I do this out of my residence...trust me it would be boring to watch lol), no interiors as with Covid-19 as I cannot guarantee a fully sanitized interior also I do have my full time job to attend. This year my final cutoff for the year will be August 28th no exceptions as with the fall into the new year alot more is needed from me for my full time job.

So typically with any vehicle or boat I have detailed in the past 2 years my main go to had always been Griot's finishing sealant (as you can tell I am a huge fan of their product) when I heard they were offering a ceramic product (not a true ceramic coating but similar to others such as F11 top coat) I knew I had to try it...anything I use on others vehicles I ALWAYS try it on my OWN first to see how it works and if it is worth it. First coat of the ceramic 3 in one on today, second coat goes on tomorrow afternoon then a 24 hour cure. Pics to come when cured.

A few pics of detailing Cheri's daily driver (which is getting about 4 weeks to the gallon now lol) prior to these pics I had washed, applied iron and fallout remover and clay bared the equinox in these I am going through and doing a polish coat as it's rather new and minimal defects. Will be up late polishing then in the morning giving a new product a trial shot. Updates to come with that. See you soon!

As spring is coming I am open to detailing however with covid-19 I am only detailing schduled drop offs (automobile exterior only, boats full detail) hope all you stay healthy and safe.

Just a few items being fixed this weekend pics 1 thru 4 are of gelcoat being repaired due to an unfortunate encounter with a dock this past summer (had a huge wake hit the boat as I was trying to dock) pic 5 you can see just above my thumb a slight defect which appears to be from factory which will be wet sanded to blend along with compound, polish and sealant. Going to be a busy day tomorrow polishing out everything else.
