I wanted to make sure to thank every one of my supporters, whether you are a sponsor, have bought a shirt, are a friend or family member, or are a client of mine. I appreciate you all for helping me along this journey to compete in the AuSable River Canoe Marathon! I hope that you will be able to follow my progress in the race. The race begins in Grayling at 9pm on Saturday, July 26th on the river right in front of Ray's BBQ. But you can see the line up and run to the river all along the streets around there. The town will be bustling with venders, live music, food trucks and all kinds of things to see and do. If you're able to make it up there, come early and check it out. Then, you can follow the race from bridge to bridge or dam to dam, all the way to Oscoda. The end of the race is at Finish Line Park in Oscoda right across from the AuSable Inn restaurant. The top finishers will probably start arriving there around 11am-noon on Sunday the 27th. I have until 4pm to make it. If I reach my goal for this year I'll finish before 3pm. If not, I just hope to finish. It's a huge undertaking and just finishing is an accomplishment I will not scoff at. But I'm hoping for a better time than my past ones. If you can't follow or watch the marathon in person at all, there is a link you can use to follow the live race results.. Even if you're following in person , the link is helpful so you know when I will be getting close to whatever location you are at. Each of the canoes have a gps beacon attached to them so you can see where we are at all times. You can just put in my canoe number (06) and it should show you how I'm doing. Here is the link -

It won't be working until the night of the race. Until then, I think it has last year's results up.

In my home and in my business I try to use chemical free cleaning wherever possible. It's so much better for me, my family, my clients, their children, and pets. Chemical free can still be clean. If you haven't heard me talking about it before now, let me make sure you know- I will be paddling in the AuSable River Canoe Marathon again this year!! This will be my 4th year. If anyone would like to order one of our team shirts to help show your support, I would love that! I clean bathrooms for a living. Lol. I actually do clean all of the bathrooms at the jobs we do, so sometimes it feels like I am a professional toilet cleaner. But it's so satisfying to have a sparkling bathroom. I'm glad I can do this for our clients.
