Electrical issues are such a concern on the pools we inspect. We find electrical issues on about 50% of the pools we inspect.

Taking care of your pool and its equipment will save money due to problems not compounding from motor's electrical components and other equipment getting wet. This will cause them to fail prematurely but what do I know? I'm just a "pool guy".

If you are looking to buy a home with a pool, make sure to get the pool inspected by a company that specializes in inspections only and is up to speed on all state, county, and municipality codes. Here's a damaged GFCI outlet we found at a pool inspection in Roswell. We check all the electrical connections and outlets to the pool to make sure they are working and in good condition.

The Seller was talking up a storm the entire inspection about how good the condition of the pool was and how there's nothing wrong with it. We found over $4000.00 worth of work needing done.

Don't trust the Sellers or hope that everything is okay. Pools are very often ignored. Call Pool Inspectors of Georgia and get a quality inspection.
