📢 IMPORTANT SERVICE POLICY🚨
At Epic Vision Detailing, we take pride in providing quality work and delivering the best results possible for every customer. However, we ask that all customers please book the service that accurately reflects the condition of their vehicle.
If you book a Basic Detail, but your vehicle arrives in a condition that requires a Full Detail, we reserve the right to decline the job if the service booked does not match the amount of work needed.
A basic detail is not designed to handle excessive dirt, heavy stains, built-up grime, neglected interiors, or conditions that require significantly more time and labor than the package includes.
When a vehicle requires more work than the service booked, it affects our schedule, our ability to complete the job properly, and our other customers who are scheduled that day.
✅ Please be honest about your vehicle's condition when booking.
✅ Send photos beforehand if you're unsure which package you need.
✅ If additional work is required, we can discuss upgrading your service before proceeding.
We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule any job when the vehicle's condition exceeds the scope of the service booked. We will not be pressured into performing a full detail for the price of a basic detail.
We appreciate every customer who respects our time, our business, and the quality of our work. We are here to provide professional results, but the service booked must match the work required.
