A busy Saturday at Obies Detailing. I had two hand washes and I had to do a little work on the hood of the Porsche. He had a minor incident to it so I buffed it all out and reapplied my 5 year ceramic coating to it. You will recognize a few of the vehicles for sure. Things are starting to ramp up here at Obies Detailing. I had a very busy weekend with two vehicles. Saturday was this huge truck that barely fit in my garage height wise. It certainly didn’t fit length wise. This one took me all day to complete. I did a minor paint correction after I cleaned it top to bottom. This is a 2021 Ford F350 and it was quite the challenge but it now has my new 5 year ceramic coating from P&S called Stout. This vehicle will now be protected for years to come. This past weekend I didn’t have any vehicles on the calendar so I took care of my truck. I put on a five year ceramic three years ago and for some reason it didn’t hold up very well for me. I took advantage of that and applied my new 5 year ceramic coating called (Inspiration Stout) by P& S. It’s definitely a very good product but is a little challenging for me to apply but I figured it out by the end. It is so hydrophobic right now and it says that it can last 5 to 7 years. Obie’s Detailing is back in business for 2026. It’s been a long and cold winter and now that the temperatures are heating up, so am I. Saturday I had this 2024 VW Atlas come in for an interior clean. This customer has two small children and the family is very active so it could use it. Leather seats and Weather tech style floor Matt’s helped protect the vehicle from some serious possible stains. Happy Holidays from us here at Obie’s Detailing. I will be closed from today until the end of March to the beginning of April due to the weather and holidays. One of my good friends brought in their 2025 Honda CRV for an exterior wash and a good interior clean. The outside was pretty dirty with tar on the sides and then some bird droppings on the top. Buffed out the top and removed the tar. Some before and after pictures for your viewing pleasure. Interior was dirty but really basic. Reach out if you need help with your vehicle at 815-236-7239
