Since Jeffro Sad Man (or Hot Dog as he calls himself) writes a review and locks it so no one can respond back to it. I thought I would reply this way. I was sent out to look at a Hot Tub by Living Well Spas who we are under contract with. The SPA was out of warranty by 6 months. However I did fix the problem. I am not going to get into all of his lies on his post. I just want it to be known when we sign contracts with our customers and warranty companies we do not go against them. In our contract we are to fix the problem and send our reports to them and only them. They then send the reports to the customer. As far as not having a web site, we are very busy and highly specialized which gets us many referrals from our competition and do not need to advertise.
