Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to be a key player in a high-volume shop? Consolidated Body Shop is looking for a Parts Specialist to join our team in Crossville!
This isn't just a warehouse role—you are the "air traffic controller" for our repair production line. If you love automotive parts and pride yourself on 100% accuracy, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
Receive & Inspect: Verify every delivery, check for damage, and "mirror match" new parts against the vehicle to ensure they are exactly what the tech needs.
Digital Management: Use industry-leading software (CCC) to scan invoices and manage inventory.
Production Support: Identify "HOT" parts and get them to our technicians ASAP to keep the line moving.
Vendor Liaison: Handle returns, cores, and credits to keep the books balanced.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ High Attention to Detail: You catch the small scratches or wrong part numbers that others miss.
✅ Communication: You’re a team player who can coordinate between estimators and technicians.
✅ Stamina: You’re comfortable moving parts and being on your feet in the shop environment.
✅ Tech Savvy: Ability to learn our scanning and inventory systems quickly.
