🏗️ Another one underway in the Heights.

This dig marks pool number two out of three we currently have going on, with two more excavations coming up soon.

It’s always exciting seeing multiple projects moving at once, where planning and coordination really matter.

This one is officially moving into the next phase as we begin laying the foundation for everything to come. From layout to elevation, getting these early stages right is what sets the tone for a smooth build from start to finish. 💪🏾

A lot of moving pieces behind the scenes on projects like these, but it’s rewarding watching each backyard slowly take shape into something completely new.

This remodel out in Dayton is a unique one. It's not every day you get to work on an enclosed pool like this.

We upgraded the equipment with Hayward Pool Products new OmniX smart heater and pump, paired with the Gateway for simple remote control right from the homeowner’s phone. It’s a great solution for projects like this that need a solid upgrade without going all-in on a full automation system.

The blue quartz finish was the perfect call here. Without the open sky reflecting on the water, the finish plays a big role and this one gives it a clean, bright aqua tone that really stands out. 💧

Sometimes all a pool needs is a little facelift to feel brand new again.

New deck, plaster and tile & coping completely changed the look of this one. It's always impressive what the right updates can do.

We also added a small equipment upgrade, giving the homeowner full control right from their phone with Hayward Pool Products's OmniPL. A new water feature pump brought the sheer descent back to life with a clean, strong flow. We also took advantage of Hayward's Conversion board which gives you run control of the Pentair pump that's still functioning.

Whether it’s a full build or a well-executed update, we’re here to get it done the right way.

This equipment pad has a little bit of everything Hayward Pool Products & Paramount has to offer. Utilizing Smart Power for the lights, UV for enhanced sanitation, TriStar XL for water flow, and OmniPL for remote control this pad is set up to run strong, stay efficient, and keep things simple for the homeowner from day one with total control.

🎨 One of our favorite phases of the build: Tile & Coping

This is where the project really starts to take on the homeowner’s personality through the selections they make from their water line, toe tile and everything in between.

We’re especially loving this beautiful blue tile from Keystone on this build out in Porter. It looks super clean, vibrant, and is exactly the right tone for the space.

☀️ Beautiful day out in Mont Belvieu.

Getting the long plumb and electrical dialed in on this one as things continue to come together.

The raised beam really stands out with that great tile selection, and the 1x1 on the rolled edge spa gives it a clean, bright, pearly finish. ✨

We’ve got Hayward Pool Products equipment going in, and the ColorLogic bubblers are ready to light this one up once it’s filled. This build is shaping up to be something special. 👀🏊‍♂️

😮‍💨 Busy days, but we’re making it happen.

Another project moving right on schedule—dig, rebar, and stub-out all wrapped up within our 2-day target. 💪🏾 Now we’re coordinating with AquaMar Gunite to get this one on the schedule and keep the momentum going.

It’s always a good feeling seeing everything come together in these early phases—this is where the foundation for a great build really starts. Stay tuned as this one takes shape! 👀🏊‍♂️

The deck turned out in Crosby amazing! David Gonzalez and his crew always do a stellar job on their concrete decks, sidewalks and driveways. Fortunate to have them as part of the team.
