Its been a long time since I posted! Here are some updates. I am still cleaning part time most weekends. What can I say, I like to be on my toes!

This past September marked 4 years since I started doing this in some capacity. Crazy!

A few things I have learned along the way.

1. Vacuum your carpet as often as you can. Thats how you train it to stand up tall.

2. Vinegar and Baking soda can solve almost all cleaning issues.

3. One of my secrets? I put a couple of drops of essential oil on the corner of a tissue or paper towel and place it in the vacuum while I vacuum, makes the whole house smell amazing!

4. Shake your shower curtain out and then pull it outside of the tub, this will help it try out and prevents that icky orange color from sticking to your tub. Part 2 of this one, clean your shower curtain often!

5. Dont get toilet bowel cleaner on the toilet seat, it can warp it. 🤭

If you have a housekeeper, know that they are working hard! Hope all my current, past and future customers are doing well.

I have been cleaning for a handful of people since accepting another full time position but only on weekends. I recently had our 4th child and only little girl so I took some time off. I am not sure in what capacity I will clean just yet. With a full time job and 4 children at home (one being a newborn) I'm finding that my desire to work extra isn't as strong as it was before, even if I really enjoy it. I have confirmed 1 client and soft confirmed another. If you need services, you can certainly message me and we can see how it works out. Otherwise, I am open to provide periodic services. Special occasions or something like that. Thanks everyone!

It has been a while since I posted. In June I accepted a full time Human Resource position. It was my goal and dream to be more active and to be my own boss as well as be more flexible for my children but an opportunity presented itself and I decided to take it. Its bee great! I am still cleaning for some of my customers on weekends and an occasional evening although, I am trying hard not to clean every weekend, I do have some time if someone needs periodic services or couple of hours on a weekend. Thank you to my customers that stuck with me and best wishes to those that weren't able to. I miss you all, your children and your pets! Feel free to message me with any questions.

Remember to close your shower curtain after your shower. This gives your curtain room to dry out and helps prevent mold/mildew from building up. You can go the extra mile and spray your shower and curtain with cleaner and give it a quick rinse to help prevent buildup.
