We sure had some great weather to get some compliance inspections done! Surprisingly finding some areas in the woods with little to no frost. A little vegetative and snow cover is very important to keep your septic system insulated during the winter months.

Septic compliance inspections can be very difficult to complete during the winter months with frozen ground. This homeowner went above any beyond to thaw the ground above the drainfield absorption area and an area off the drainfield so I was able to perform an accurate soil observation. If you are planning to sell your home in the spring, make sure to plan a septic compliance inspection and pump out the fall before!
